Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest will receive the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter Guest Pass), valid for the entire duration of the stay, from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure, pursuant to South Tyrol Provincial Government Resolution No. 732/2022.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area, as well as additional services that vary depending on the tourism organisation. Detailed information is available at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole South Tyrol-wide bearer of the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium (Consorzio Mobilità), appointed as the unified coordination body in accordance with the above-mentioned Provincial Government Resolution. Details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court at the location of the accommodation shall have jurisdiction.
